If the guest cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to the the book date, do I need to pay anything?

You will only be charged for reserved nights; if reservations are cancelled, these will not be charged.

Note - if a reservation status was cancelled after you have been billed for it, this will be reconciled and a credit applied on the next month's bill.
