Logging in
- Go to my.tint.ai.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- We email you a code. Enter it to finish signing in.
That is the quickest way in, and it means there is no password to remember.
If you have set a password, click Sign in with a password instead on that first screen, then enter your email and password.
Which email to use
Use the email address on your Turo host account. That is the address we hold for you, and it is the one your code is sent to.
Once you are in, you can see it under Settings, in the Login & security section, shown as Login email.

If you cannot get in
- Check the email address. If we do not hold that address, no code will arrive.
- Check your spam folder for the code.
