# How do I log in to the Tint portal?

### **Logging in**

1. Go to **my.tint.ai**.
2. Enter your email address and click **Continue**.
3. We email you a code. Enter it to finish signing in.

That is the quickest way in, and it means there is **no password to remember.**

**If you have set a password**, click **Sign in with a password instead** on that first screen, then enter your email and password.

### **Which email to use**

Use the email address on your **Turo host account.** That is the address we hold for you, and it is the one your code is sent to.

Once you are in, you can see it under **Settings**, in the **Login & security** section, shown as **Login email**.

### **If you cannot get in**

- **Check the email address.** If we do not hold that address, no code will arrive.
- **Check your spam folder** for the code.
- **Still stuck?** The sign-in page has a **Contact support** link, or email [support@tint.ai](mailto:support@tint.ai) and we will help.
