How do I change the email address on my account?

Changing your email address

  1. Sign in and click Settings in the left menu.
  2. In Contact information, click Edit contact.
  3. Change the address in the Email field.
  4. Click Save & Confirm.

The change applies to every active policy you hold with us, so you do not need to repeat it for each one.

You can change your phone number in the same place.

What you cannot change yourself

Your name and mailing address cannot be edited in the portal. Email support@tint.ai and we will update them for you. The portal tells you this on the same screen.

Your vehicles' addresses are separate again, because we take those from your Turo account. See the article on updating your address.

Where your login email is shown

Settings, then Login & security, shows your Login email. This is the address you use to sign in and the address your sign-in code is sent to.
