You do not need a password
By default you sign in at my.tint.ai with your email address and a code we send you. A password is optional, and you can keep using the code for as long as you like.
Setting a password
If you would rather use a password:
- Sign in and click Settings in the left menu.
- Scroll to Login & security, then the Password section.
- Enter a new password in New password and again in Confirm password. It must be at least 8 characters.
- Click Set password.
From then on you can sign in either way: with a code, or by clicking Sign in with a password instead on the sign-in page.

Resetting a password you have forgotten
- Go to my.tint.ai and click Sign in with a password instead.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email we send you and choose a new password.
If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder. You can also sign in with a code instead, since that always works whether or not you have a password.
