Do I need to add additional insureds to my SmartSTR policy?

While we are happy to add an additional insured, however it is not necessary if the additional insured is an employee of the property management company, or an owner of the property.

The definition in the policy states that "Insured as shown in the Declarations of the Policy, who must be the owner of the “accommodation” or a third party contracted to manage the “accommodation” on behalf of the owner."

This means you are already covered without the need for additional insureds, simplifying your coverage.
