Understanding Your Monthly Billing:

What to Expect In Your First Month of Coverage:

Great news! All future bookings for eligible properties are now covered. When you bind a policy with Tint, we’ll authorize your payment method, but you will not be charged at this time.

What to Expect In Your Second Month of Coverage:

Your first billing cycle will occur at the beginning of your second coverage month. Right now, you will be billed for any reservations with a departure in the prior month (your first month of coverage).

What to Expect Going Forward:

In all future billings, you’ll be charged for completed reservations from the prior month.

Let’s Look at An Example:

February

  • Purchase policy
  • No charges

March

  • First billing in early March
  • Covers reservations with February departures

April

  • Second billing in early April
  • Covers reservations with March departures

All Future Billing Cycles Will Follow the April Model
