Covers accidental damage to the rental property's foundation and structure caused by guests during their contracted stay. Real property cannot be easily removed from the property.
Examples include, but are not limited to: the bathtub overflowing, causing water damage to the ceiling of the first floor, and grease fire from cooking, causing fire damage to kitchen walls and counters.
