How to Add TrustedTransport Coverage

Coverage must be added before the vehicle is in transit. Insurance applies only to vehicles that meet all of the following:

✅ A valid VIN is present

✅ The vehicle is an automobile (no RVs, boats, or driveaway-type transport)

✅ Shipment is within the domestic U.S.

✅ The vehicle’s declared value is $100,000 or less

🚫 Vehicles that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for coverage.

Create a load or order as you normally would.
Click "Manage Insurance" to launch the TrustedTransport interface.
Review pulled-in vehicle data:
- Vehicles needing action will show alerts (e.g., "Missing VIN" or "Missing Value").
If needed:
- Click "Add VIN" to be redirected where you can edit the load.
- Return and refresh the TrustedTransport window.
- Declare a vehicle value
Select one or more vehicles and click "Add Coverage".
Enter your credit card information (processed via Stripe).
Acknowledge the policy terms and complete the purchase.
