Some vehicles may appear as "Not Eligible" for TrustedTransport coverage when managing insurance in Super Dispatch. This article outlines the most common reasons and what you can do next.

Update the vehicle information to include a valid VIN. Refresh the insurance interface. |

💡 Tip: Eligibility is determined automatically based on your vehicle and load details. Some issues (like VIN or value) can be fixed — others (like vehicle type or territory) are hard exclusions.
