      How can I connect my TrackmateGPS with Tint?

      There are two ways to connect your account:

      • Through the TrackmateGPS Web Portal
      • Through the TrackmateGPS Mobile App

      Option 1: Connect via the Web Application

      Step 1 — Enroll in the Tint Program

      If you already have a TrackmateGPS account:

      1. Log in to your TrackmateGPS account.
      2. Click Enroll here on the Tint enrollment page.
      3. Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.

      If you’re new to TrackmateGPS:

      1. Sign Up here to create a new account.
      2. Add your billing information.
      3. Navigate to Devices → Register Device and complete the form.
      4. Click Register to finish setup.

      Step 2 — Consent to Share Data with Tint

      Once your device is registered:

      1. Go to My Devices on your dashboard.
      2. Find and select the Tint Consent checkbox.
      3. A pop-up will appear asking you to:
        • Review and accept Tint’s terms and conditions.
        • Enter your vehicle’s VIN number.
      4. Click Agree & Continue to finalize consent.

      Note: To opt out of sharing data with Tint and pay the higher insurance premium for not having a connected telematics device, you can uncheck the “Tint Consent” box next to a device and confirm your choice in the pop-up window.

      Option 2: Connect via the Mobile App

      You can also manage your Tint connection from the TrackmateGPS mobile app.

      If you already have a Trackmate account with devices:

      Step 1 — Log in and Enable Data Sharing

      1. Open the TrackmateGPS app and log in to your account.
      2. Go to Account Info → Profile → Data Sharing → Manage.
      3. Click the toggle to ‘Enable Tint data sharing’

      Step 2 — Consent to Share Data with Tint 

      1. Check the boxes to enable Tint data sharing for each vehicle.
        1. If there isn’t a checkbox to select a vehicle and you see the message ‘VIN number is required,’ you first need to add the VIN
        2. Go to Tracker Settings → Vehicles → Edit Vehicle → Vehicle Profile
        3. Edit VIN and click Continue
        4. Navigate back to Account Info → Profile → Data Sharing → Manage.
        5. Check the box to enable data sharing for the vehicle
      2. Click Continue
      3. Review terms and select Agree & Continue

      If registering a new device:

      Step 1 — Consent to Share Data with Tint 

      1. Enter the VIN number in the Data Sharing step when registering a device.
      2. Check the consent box.
      3. Click Continue.
      4. Complete the device registration
