How can I log in with a different email address?

You can add another email address to your Tint account if you:

  • No longer use the email address you originally used to set up your Turo account.
  • Prefer to log in using different emails for different applications.
  • Have employees or vehicle owners that need to be able to log in and manage insurance and access ID cards themselves.

Important Notes on Using the New Email Address:

  • Verification is Required: The new email address must be verified before it can be used for logging in.
  • Verification Email Expired: If the verification email expires, log in using your original Turo email to trigger a new verification email.
  • Setting a Password with the New Email:
    1. First, verify the new email address.
    2. Then, follow the steps in the relevant article to set up a new password.
  • No Access to Original Email: If you need an alternate login email but cannot access your original Turo email and cannot log in at all, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Removing or revoking an alternate email

If you created an alternate email by mistake, or want to revoke access for an email you previously added, you can delete it at any time.

Note: You can only delete an alternate email address — not the main one linked to your Turo account.
