How can I obtain an FR-19 for my vehicle?

If you're a Maryland resident, the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) may require you to file an FR-19 — a certificate of financial responsibility that verifies your vehicle is insured in accordance with state requirements.

We can help you submit the FR-19 electronically on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days for the submission to be processed by the MVA.

  • Title number
  • Case number
  • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

Important Notes:

1- Please ensure your vehicle is currently located in Maryland. If the vehicle is not showing as registered in Maryland on Turo, the FR-19 request may not be accepted.
