Here are some helpful tips to ensure updating your information goes smoothly.
- Accuracy of VIN Input:
- Be careful when entering the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Pay special attention to distinguishing between "0" (zero) and "O" (the letter O). The request will not be automatically processed if the VIN is entered incorrectly.
- Processing Time:
- Most updates or requests, such as adding a vehicle or making policy changes, are completed within one business day after form submission.
