Currently, if you are not the policyholder, you cannot download the proof of insurance directly from our portal. However, if you need to verify coverage for specific VINs, you can submit a request using our Coverage Verification Form.
Once submitted, our team will provide the Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the requested VIN(s) and will copy the insurance email as well.
Making Changes to the Certificate of Insurance
If you need to update the COI—such as adding a lienholder name—you can do so by submitting a request through our Policy Update Form.
Important Information
- The insured party will also receive an email notification about the verification request.
- It may take up to 1 business day for our system to generate the COI.
