How do I remove a vehicle from my policy?

Removing a vehicle from your policy is a simple process that you can complete through the Tint Portal. You can follow the steps below to remove the vehicle from your insurance policy successfully. For a visual walkthrough, please check this video.

1. Access the My Fleet Page

  • Log in to your insurance account.
  • Navigate to the My Fleet section.

2. Click on the Edit Coverage button

3. Find the desired vehicle and select "no coverage

  • Locate the vehicle you wish to remove.
  • From the drop down select "No Coverage"
  • Once all changes are selected, click "Continue" to confirm your changes. On the "Confirm coverage changes" page. Please take a look at your coverages that were changed, to make sure all is correct, and check the box stating "I have read and agree to the Off-trip Program Terms and Conditions to confirm the adjustment amount.

4. Review Refunded Amount

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the amount that will be credited upon the vehicle's removal.

📌 Important: Any pro-rated amount related to this removal will be applied as a credit to your next billing cycle. You can immediately verify that the vehicle has been removed by checking your Car Management section.

5. Agree to Terms and Conditions

  • Check the box confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

6. Confirm Changes

  • Click Confirm and pay $0.00 to finalize the removal of the vehicle from your insured cars.
  • Please note: significant changes may take a moment to process. Please do not exit until you are redirected back to "My Fleet". Your changes should now reflect.
