How to add a vehicle that I don’t see on the Tint Portal?

If your vehicle isn’t appearing in the Tint Portal—whether it’s currently active on Turo or a recent purchase—you can manually add it by following the steps below.

🔧 Step-by-Step: Adding a Vehicle to Tint

  1. Open the My Fleet section
    From the left-hand menu of your Tint Portal, click My Fleet.
  2. Click on the "+Add Vehicle" button 
  3. Choose the vehicle type
    • Active on Turo – if the vehicle is currently listed on Turo.
    • Recent Purchase – if it hasn’t been listed yet.
Fill in the vehicle details
    • If active on Turo, enter the public Turo listing URL.
      Example: https://turo.com/us/en/car-rental/united-states/frisco-tx/nissan/altima/123456789
Complete all required fields and click Add Vehicle.

Once submitted:

  • The vehicle will appear under "My Fleet", you should see the coverage type and price.
  • We'll sync this vehicle with the matching vehicle we get from Turo.
  • A vehicle photo will populate once syncing is complete.

You can choose to add coverage right away or skip it for now
add coverage now or later

     


    ⚠️ Important Reminders

    • If we don’t receive matching data from Turo within 5 days, coverage may be canceled.
