How can I obtain my Insurance Documentation?

You can download your insurance documentation (Certificates of Insurance and ID Cards) directly from the Tint portal.

Step 1: Log in to Your Tint Portal

First, log in to your Tint portal.

Step 2: Navigate to Car Management

Once logged in, click "Car Management" on the left side of your screen.

Step 3: Select Your Vehicle

In the "Car Management" section, choose the vehicle for which you need insurance documentation and click "Manage Vehicles."

Step 4: Download Your Insurance Proof

Click "Download Proof of Insurance."

Step 5: Choose Your Document

Select the document you need and download it to your phone or desktop.

You’ll be able to save these documents to your phone or desktop.

Need to Make Changes? (e.g., Add Additional Interest, Update Address)

If you need to update your proof of insurance, follow this visual guide or follow these steps:

1. Click "Manage Additional Interests."

   
   
   

2. Add or edit additional interest details.

   
   
   

3. Click "Back" and follow the steps to download your updated Certificate of Insurance.
