How Do I Qualify?
You're automatically enrolled in Tint Priority when:
- You have 40 or more eligible vehicles listed on Turo, and
- At least 25 vehicles are enrolled in Off-Trip Insurance through Tint,
- You've maintained this status for 7 consecutive days.
Once qualified, no paperwork or extra steps are needed—your benefits kick in automatically.
How Will I Know I’ve Reached Tint Priority?
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you’ve held Priority status for 7 consecutive days.
The email includes:
- Your new Priority contact information for customer support and claims
- Instructions for how to use your new benefits
📌 Tip: Be sure to save this email—your dedicated contact lines are only shared there to ensure priority lines stay open for qualified hosts.
Can I Still Use the Main Support Line?
Yes. You can still call Turo’s main support or claims lines at any time.
However, please note:
- If you call the mainline, you won’t be placed in the Priority queue
- For the fastest experience, we recommend using the dedicated contact info shared in your Priority email
