If you received an email saying you're ineligible for a quote due to having fewer than three vehicles, but you do have three listed and active on your Turo account, it’s likely that our system hasn’t yet picked up the update.
What to expect:
Our system syncs with Turo regularly. If you’ve recently added a vehicle (within the last 48 hours), you’ll automatically receive an updated email confirming your eligibility as soon as the new vehicle data is received.
📌 No action is needed unless it’s been more than 48 hours since you added the vehicle.
