Unfortunately, the start date of a policy cannot be delayed. However, there is an alternative process you can follow:
- Remove Vehicles from Your Policy:
Remove all vehicles from your policy except one. For detailed instructions, please refer to this article: [How do I remove a vehicle from my policy?]. - Contact Tint for Removal of the Last Vehicle:
After you’ve removed the other vehicles, contact support at support@tint.ai, and our support team will manually remove the remaining vehicle. Please note that the manual removal process may take a couple of days to reflect in your Tint portal - Re-add Vehicles on Your Desired Date:
On your desired start date, you can re-add the vehicles to your policy. For detailed instructions, please refer to this article: [How do I add a vehicle to my policy?]
Important: You will receive a credit for the unused portion of the policy on your next billing cycle.
