How can I cancel my entire policy?

Currently, you cannot cancel your coverage directly from the Tint Portal. To request a cancellation, please submit this form.

    Please be aware that you cannot repurchase your Tint Off-Trip Insurance policy after canceling it.

    Required Information

    To process your cancellation request, please provide the following details:

    1. Your certificate number
      1. This number can be found in the policy overview page in the Tint Portal
    2. The last day of coverage
      1. After this day, your vehicle will not be covered with the Tint Off-Insurance program
    3. The reason for the cancellation

    Processing Time

    Once you submit your request, you will receive a cancellation notice within one business day. Your prorated refund will be processed and received within the next ten business days.

    Additional Information
