I received a quote, but not all my vehicles are included. Why?

If some of your vehicles are missing from your quote, it’s usually because they were added to your Turo account within the last 48 hours. Our system syncs with Turo regularly and may need time to reflect recent updates.

What to do:

You have two options:

  1. Wait for our system to sync with Turo and re-do your quote once all vehicles appear. Syncing typically takes up to 48 hours.

  2. Go ahead and create your policy now. Once your policy is active, you can manually add any missing vehicles by following the steps in this article.

💡 Note: Pricing is per vehicle—there’s no multi-vehicle discount—so adding them later won’t change your quote per vehicle.
